1. Becoming a sponsor offers several different options for your organization to reach our attendees. Nevertheless, it is ultimately the sponsor’s responsibility to offer content and products that will appeal to attendees. As such, RP 2024 is unable to guarantee a specific outcome as a result of sponsorship. Sponsorship opportunities are offered without warranty, and no refunds will be issued in the unexpected event that a sponsor fails to meet its objectives.

2. Sponsor and exhibitor opportunities will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis and only once full payment has been received. The RP Conference Committee reserves the right to assign and amend benefits. If a sponsor or exhibitor delegate is unable to attend, he/she may substitute someone else from the organization in writing without penalty. Cancellations must be submitted in writing before December 15, 2023 for a service charge of $150 plus 3% of the sponsorship amount. No exhibitor or sponsorship registration fees will be refunded for cancellations after 12/15/23.
